I Have Been Having Stomach Pain And Nausea All Over

I have been having stomach pain and Nausea all over and on sides not real sharp pain some times hurts more then other times and in different places I went to doctor he ordered Ultrasound of stomach and it did not show any thing wrong even gall bladder alright. My question is have you ever experienced a patient that had their dog sniff out cancer on them. Could there still be some sort of cancer in area as a dog got on my lap and went crazy sniffing my stomach then wanted to put head on my shoulder I had on completely clean shirt no other dog smell just wondered as my stomach hurts from something and nausea for some reason thank you am going to make appointment with my doctor just thought get answers from here also Barb Bunker it says free take off free
