I Have Been Having Stomach Problems For Over A Year,

I have been having stomach problems for over a year, nausea, rt side pain thinking it may be my gallbladder but the ultrasound showed nothing but a little bit of a fatty liver, I do have diverticilitis, the everyday nausea is what I am tired of dealing with. will this medicine help and what exactly is it for?
