I Have Been Having Stomach Spasms Or Cramping For 36

I have been having stomach spasms or cramping for 36 hours with no other symptoms. They are brief about 10 seconds and then gone. It is in the middle of my stomach about an inch or inch and a half above my belly button. It almost feels like the pain you get before you have diarrhea. I had a normal bowel movement this morning and am never constipated. I do have split muscles from my pregnancy 9 years ago and was told I had a slight hernia. I was wondering if this could be related, or could I have food poisoning without any other symptoms. I am 40 and 5ft 3 120lbs non drinker or smoker.
