I Have Been Having Stomaches For About Two Weeks They

I have been having stomaches for about two weeks they use to be far and few between now it seems constant my stomache is poofing out, aches now around my belly button before upper abs what can I take right now that might help ? i am on prevacet for two years now is that a problem but this last week they are not helping me anymore, can you help?
