I Have Been Having Swelling In Lower Extremities Bilateral For

I have been having swelling in lower extremities bilateral for bout two months now. Dr have ruled out blood clot, kidney disease, and heart issues. I was put on lasix 20mg for five days first, then 7 days, now 30 days neither working. Foot, ankle , and legs are swollen and painful. Having lightheaded, nausea, dizziness, nosebleeds, and painful to walk. Do u have any idea what this can be?
I am also experiencing moments when I am extremely hot and breaks into a sweat.
