I Have Been Having Swelling In The Area Just Above

I have been having swelling in the area just above my wrist. They have decided to do an MRI joint upper extremities. I have been having very restless legs at night and also pain in my lower back around my spine. I also had a week of migraines a month ago and I get tired very easily. My mother had multiple sclerosis. Should I wait to see what the MRI says or should I call my doctor with the leg pain and back aches. I have also been very depressed lately.
