I Have Been Having Syptoms Of Pregnancy. My Last Period

I have been having syptoms of pregnancy. My last period started October 1st, ended the 5th. I have regular cycles. Since the 11th, I have been having cramps on my right side. They come and go. I started spotting yesterday. This morning I took a pregnancy test and there was a faint line. I'm not sure why I keep having these pains on my right side?
