I Have Been Having Temporary Numbness On My Right Thumb,

I have been having temporary numbness on my right thumb, after about one minute, followed with numbness on my right lip, followed by inside my right side of my inside nose, and numbness of my right cheek (now since one week, it seems to give me short of breath and cuffing at that moment when my cheek is getting numb). This whole thing only last ~2 mins, and only happen once a day.
