I Have Been Having The Same Symptoms Almost Continually For

I have been having the same symptoms almost continually for two months; fatigue, involuntary facial movements, chest fullness (no pain), feeling faint, tingling in left shoulder and left side of neck, periodic profuse sweating, nausea, chest wheezing, shortness of breath, disturbed sleep. Should I proceed to the ER. My EKG from 2 weeks ago came out fine.
