I Have Been Having These Recent Symptoms At Least Once

I have been having these recent symptoms at least once a week.
headache-lasting all day (frontal and occipital lobes)
lightheadedness/dizzy
nausea
tiredness/run down feeling
I take Tylenol and OTC allergy pills but I still feel terrible. What might be wrong?
