I Have Been Having These Strange Kind Of Electric Currents

I have been having these strange kind of electric currents starting from my shoulder blade leading to my head...I find them irritating and painful...and I have to hold down my shoulder or flex my neck to the shock side to stop them...should I get some medical help...is this alarming...
