I Have Been Having These Symptoms For Around A Month

I have been having these symptoms for around a month and a half, Nausea after eating, lower abdomen pain, lower back pain, cramping and bloating of abdomen, diarrhea (only part of the time) and I am super gassy, also I have needed to use the restroom a lot more often, somtimes up to 3 times in two hours, and I am starting to get worried
