I Have Been Having This "lump In The Throat" Feeling

I have been having this "lump in the throat" feeling for about 3 months now. I only recently noticed that there's a small painless lump at the back of my oropharynx/fauces, slightly to the right of the midline, partly covered by the uvula when I check the back of my throat in the mirror. It's not painful, red or ulcerative, more like a raised bump. In the last 2 weeks i have been waking up to a very dry throat every morning, slightly painful, as if I was going to get a sore throat but it gets better in the day after I start to drink lots of water. I now leave a glass of water bedside so that I can drink some in the middle of the night but throat still feels dry in the morning.

Also recently noticed that the usual symptoms of allergic rhinitis (running/blocked/itchy nose, sneezing) getting better, which is abit unusual, as I had been taking antihistamines daily for many years. This past month I've been taking less antihistamines, about 1-3 tablets per week.

Should I get the bump checked out?
