I Have Been Having This Problem For 3 Years It

I have been having this problem for 3 years it has gotten worse as time passes my stomach is bloated,full with pain. I'm Nat able to belch or release gas dealing of fullness all-day I trough up in order for the feeling of a belch when I go to bathroom to use #2 I can't bare down anymore is like it just come out a little bit with a jelly like clear with blood that's bright red occasionally with a very fowl oder my belly feels like there a blockage. Iv been to emergency room 2 twice with no explanation.had X-ray and a chalk ..what is wrong I'm loosing all control of thinking and all.and there is alot of pressure in my neck chest like its in my blood vessels continually
