I Have Been Having This Sharp Pain In The Mornings

I have been having this sharp pain in the mornings when awaking on the left side of my rib cage to the side and underneath my left breast. It is only in the mornings upon waking and last anywhere from 45 mins to around 2 hours. After that it kind of diminishes through out the day to where it is not severe anymore just annoying. Any suggestions on what this could be? Female 31/yrs old previously diagnosed with Lupus, irregular heart beat, anxiety (I take klonapin for when needed), Mother has MVP, multiple family members on both sides with breast cancer.
