I Have Been Having Tightness In My Chest For About

I have been having tightness in my chest for about 5 days straight now and I can't fall asleep because of it, the pain sometimes feels like it spreads to my neck and feel like pressure. Also it sort of hurts to breathe. When I have fallen asleep the past few days I've woken up in the middle of the night, and that has also never happened to me before. What could possibly be going on? I'm only a 20 year old female
