I Have Been Having "tonsil Stones" For Months; My Sinuses

I have been having "tonsil stones" for months; my sinuses are constantly draining as a thick mucus, my right nasal passage constantly feels swollen, and my ears hurt. I have found what looks like a "blood bubble"(hard to the touch) protruding out of my tonsil recently. I have stopped seeing my doctor for these symptoms at the moment because all he is doing is giving me antibiotics and steroids and sending me home. What is this and what could i ask my doctor to do differently about it?
