I Have Been Having Trouble Getting My Eyes To Focus.

I have been having trouble getting my eyes to focus. My vision is not blurry I just cannot get my eyes to focus on a landscape such as when driving or grocery shopping. Up close they work fairly well. I have been to two different eye doctors and received 5 different lenses. none of them have resolved this problem. Also my eyes want to roll back into my head when I am trying to sleep. Its very distracting and will keep me from sleep as well as wake me up. Any ideas?
