I Have Been Having Trouble With My Bowls This Last

I have been having trouble with my bowls this last week and a half and wondering if I need to go to the hospital. I have been having pain in my abdomen but haven't been able to poop. But I did have water discharge when I tried. Today I went to the bathroom and felt I needed to push not a lot though and a lot of BM came out very watery and I have some pain. Everything I get up and walk I need to go running to the bathroom. Help me please
