I Have Been Having Trouble With My Breathing. I Will

I have been having trouble with my breathing. I will be breathing fine and everything, then I will get a stabbing pain the the middle part and my chest and between my shoulder blades, sometimes it's so bad it'll bring me to my knees. I don't know if it'll need medical attention or I'm fine, but I would like to find out.
