I Have Been Having Trouble With My Neck And Back

I have been having trouble with my neck and back with swelling in both arms and legs ,hands and feet. Along with color changes that happen very frequent. Loss of strength in left arm. My left leg has a limp it feels like my hip is popping out. With weight loss and shakes and tingling and numbness. Ten years ago I was diagnosed with sciatica. The pain is unbearably too much. What do I do??? I have been to ER after DR but they can't help me.
