I Have Been Having Troubles Sleeping And A Doctor Prescribed

I have been having troubles sleeping and a doctor prescribed restoril at 30 mg. I started that 1 week ago, but after a couple days it wasn't working as well so I started taking more. Like 3-4 per night. I was that desperate for sleep. I've since gone down to 2 and I feel trembly. Is there something that might help?
