I Have Been Having Uncontrolled Diarehea Bouts On & Off

I have been having uncontrolled diarehea bouts on & off for several years. I had a colonoscopy done one year ago & all he could find was excess bile so he put me on cholestyramine twice daily. A month ago I went to see him & he put me on that once in the morning & 1 diphenoxylate/atropine in the morning & 1 at night if my stools were still loose. It seemed to work for awhile & then I started with the very sharp pains and stomach nausea, I really want to throw up but I've had fun duplication surgery & find I can't . The pain is Very severe during these events which end up in uncontrollable diarrhea. I've been noticing also that I still feel minor cramping after them as well. In fact I guess you could say my intestines are irritated most of the time. I worry cause now my stomach seems to be getting more involved in this problem. I would welcome any advise you could give. I've been laid up for 2 days now. Thank you.
