I Have Been Having Vaginal Itching For About A Month

I have been having vaginal itching for about a month & some discharge as well i didn’t think nothing of it bc at first i was on my period & itches is often normal but then after that it continued & so i look up symptoms & assumed it was a yeast infection so i took Monistat 1 a few days ago & it’s not really helping the problem so much. I’ve noticed recently my vagina has gotten really sore so i looked at it in a mirror & it’s really red & noticed bumps or sores inside the vulva itself, concern
