I Have Been Having Very Intense Pain In My Vulvar

I have been having very intense pain in my vulvar and urethra are for the past two days worse at night. Not burning pain. Also it takes a long time to urinate and then only a void a small amount. It also hurts in my vulvar area during a bowel movement. What could be wrong?
