I Have Been Having Very Sharp Pain In My Lower

I have been having very sharp pain in my lower right leg for the past couple weeks. Saturday I was on my knees and felt a horrible sharp pain that I heard and felt pop. I because sick to my stomach and almost passed out. My leg is quite swollen. It does appear to have a little bruising. Yesterday it felt like it was numb and tingly. I can walk; however, if that spot is touched it is very sharp and painful. Should I see the Dr???
