I Have Been Having Violent Anxiety Attacks Where I Black

I have been having violent anxiety attacks where I black out, scratch like crazy cause it feels like bugs are crawling on me. My fiance has to hold me down and I fight him. After I go limp and come out of it not knowing what happened. I recently started having hallucinations that are visual, auditory, and I can feel them. My psychiatrist just put me on an epilepsy medicine to add on to all my other meds. Epilepsy and schizophrenia run on my mom's side. Could I be having seizures instead of anxiety attacks. They come put of nowhere.
