I Have Been Having Watery Diarrhea Since Friday Morning. Friday

I have been having watery diarrhea since Friday morning. Friday evening I also had a low grade fever of 100.3 but none since. I had abdominal pain after eating Friday afternoon but no vomiting or nausea. I stopped eating after the pain started and returned to clear liquids the following morning. I continue to have intermittent liquid diarrhea, less yesterday than Friday night. I feel bloated at times and feel fullness in the area of my gallbladder off and on. I have a history of gallbladder polyps. Is this related or do I have a gastro virus?
