I Have Been Having Weak Erections For A Little Under

I have been having weak erections for a little under a year now and i am 15. At first i thought this was due to sexaul exhaustion so i took long break between masturbation like a few weeks or a month with no results. Later a found a have a small varicocele on the left side. Could this be the problem?
