I Have Been Having Weird Gas Bubble Feelings In My

I have been having weird gas bubble feelings in my chest when I swallow anything and in my stomach all day and have noticed that my stomach looks and feels bloated almost always I also am lactose intolerant but I do not consume as much dairy products as I would like do to the discomfort it causes me what could be my problem?
