I Have Been Having Weird Off Of The Wall Periods

I have been having weird off of the wall periods the last 4 months. there's one month I starting throwing up cause the pain was so bad. I had a sonogram and they said that there were 3 small spots 8cm in size. The doctor said that it was nothing!? I have bad pain on my left side. last month my period was not much of a period? it started and by the next day it was gone? two days later I went to the bathroom and noticed that I was spotting a little bit then it stopped. So this month I haven't had a period yet,usually it starts at the 1st of the month. I have my tubes tied 8 almost 9 years ago. Is there any way possible I could be expecting!??? and I don't have a obgyn,my family doctor is the one that performed the sonogram. I'm thinking about going to see a obgyn for a second opinion about the sonogram. Also the spots were on my uterus and not my overies?
