I Have Been Having What I Like To Call Pressure

I have been having what I like to call pressure headaches where all around my head it just throbs and it doesn't go away. I can take up to 4 advil and the pain is never relieved. I get hot and cold sweats and pressure points in arms and legs will hurt on occasion. Is this something to be worried about?
