I Have Been Hoarse For 3 Months. Trying To Find

I have been hoarse for 3 months. Trying to find an ENT specialist. Told I am on long waiting list - one said next October. One said unless I have cancer...like how would I know...do I have to be dying to see someone right away. I am annoyed and upset. I use my voice in my job...singing and talking with autistic kids. Can you please tell me what I should do. ( I checked my thrpyroid already and it's not allergies or virus). I'm from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
