I have been holding my urine in since i was little then when i got older i kept doing that then one day i started spotting blood now when i hold my pee just a little not even to the full point i start bleeding blood clots at first i that it was my period but then i stop bleeding after i pee like three or four time then like when i go to sleep and wake up to pee i bleed again
