I Have Been Hospitlized With Fast Heart Beat. Doctor Prescribed

I have been hospitlized with fast heart beat. Doctor prescribed to take 4 tablets of Diltiazem Hcl 60 mg last Thursday. Since yesterday my doctor asked me to take two a day. I am taking twice daily 1 tablet of Eliquis 5 mg.this afternoon when I have checked my blood pressure it was showing 130/60. I just checked my blood pressure it is showing 120/131. At the hospital they diagnosed with pneumonia. They gave me dripping antibiotics. My cough is much better but still have cough. My chest is not that clear. How long it will take till l get relief.
