I Have Been Hypothyroid Since 1982 And Have Hosimoto's Disease.

I have been hypothyroid since 1982 and have hosimoto's disease. Now my TSH is low at 3.0, but my T3 and T4 are normal. Should my levothyroxine dosage pills be changed? I have no symptoms of anxiety, irratability, nor insomnia. Is there anything else I should do?
