I Have Been Ill For About 5 Days Now And

I have been ill for about 5 days now and have also developed a cough. The coughing has been quite severe and has caused my muscles (abs etc) to ache. I was coughing quite a bit last night and when I woke up this morning and went to the bathroom, I noticed blood. Is it possible that severe coughing can cause vaginal bleeding? Should I be concerned about it?
