I Have Been Ill For About A Week Now. No

I have been ill for about a week now. No fever really. Heavy prolonged caught, sore body, low energy. Doctor said I had some fluid in my left lung. Prescibed azythromycine.on the fourth day of 5 day cycle. No improvement really. Cough has lessened slightly. Now I have little red itchy ( like acne ) on my right back shoulder. Any ideas here? Tia
