I Have Been Ill Lately....URI... Took Z Pak And Steroids

I have been ill lately....URI... took Z pak and steroids along with pro air and flonase. Was really quite ill! After finishing the meds, I now have constant,sharp pain in my upper left quadrannt . It feels like it is next to my lung...lower than my stomach. Is this something that I should be worried about?
