I Have Been In Tenn. On Vacation And I Came

I have been in Tenn. on vacation and I came home with a bite from something on the upper inside of my right leg. at first it was just reed and itch like crazy now it is hard and feels like there is something inside of it and is a dark red circle and still itches like crazy. should I see a doctor or is it not nothing to be concerned about?
