I Have Been In A Car Accident Recently And I

I have been in a car accident recently and I have been told that I have probably suffered a concussion. My symptoms are: blurred vision-headaches-tired- can't sleep -nauseated- unable to concentrate on one thing at a time-not feeling myself- unorganized- unable to spell certain words- forget what I'm talking about in a middle of a sentence.
