I Have Been In Pain For About A Month. It's

I have been in pain for about a month. It's not unbearable pain, but, it hurts. It feels like it's inside my "bottom". It doesn't hurt when I use the restroom. But it hurts when I'm sitting down, laying on my back, or especially when laying on my side. What could this be?
