I Have Been Injecting Meth For About A Month Now.

I have been injecting meth for about a month now. I tend to favor one place on my arm inside my elbow. I now have a hard lump just above that place. Its not red or hot but is very painful. Nothing else is swollen. It hurts constantly and is difficult to extend my arm. What should i do?
