I Have Been Itching For The Past 2 Weeks, Off

I have been itching for the past 2 weeks, off and on during the day but it seems to be worse at night. my feet, hands, head, breasts and the pelvic area. No signs of a yeast infection, and no lice. it leaves what looks like a rash but then turns into a white bump under the skin. it drives me nuts. There have been no new changes to my diet or lifestyle. No new laundry detergents either.. what could it be?
