I Have Been Itching In Specific Places On My Body.

I have been itching in specific places on my body. I have no known allergies and don't have dry skin. The itching is almost painful initially and nothing makes the itching stop, I have tried multiple itching creams. After I scratch for a while I develop bumps in the area that itches, they are not there during the onset of the itching.
