I Have Been Leaking A Greasy Clear Liquid Through The

I have been leaking a greasy clear liquid through the pores of the skin on my face, and it scabs a yellow color. If I scratch I can even draw blood in places. This happens to me off and on around my bearded areas (though I shave), but especially on my scalp and behind my ears. What condition do I have?
