I Have Been Leaking Urine, Sometimes With An Unpleasant Odor,

I have been leaking urine, sometimes with an unpleasant odor, for about 3 months. I thought it may be one of those things that happen when we get older, I am a 65 tear old female. My blood test just came back with a high BUM & Creatinin (whatever that is). What would be the cause of this?
