I Have Been Light Headed And Almost Passing Out. I

I have been light headed and almost passing out. I have high blood pressure and a pain under my right lower Rib Cage. I haven't slept well the last few days and I have had a knockin sensation in my lower rear esophagus. My Doctor realized they don't accept my CIGNA Plan so I don't have a Doctor. Should I go to the ER and just get checked out?
