I Have Been Living With A Perforated Septum Since High

I have been living with a perforated septum since high school I am now 67 male and the irritations have been getting worse I have seen three ear nose and throat DR. all of them told me there is nothing they could do I guess my question is what if anything can I do to help relieve the symptoms of dryness in the nose and have just gotten over the worse sinus infection I have ever had. thank you
