I Have Been Managing Peri Menopause Symptoms Very Well With

I have been managing peri menopause symptoms very well with sprintec. I wanted to see what my experience would be without sprintec, as I had just turned 50. Well, it's awful! Hot flashes constantly. My period should have started Monday, but although I have cramps, I have not started my period. I am very eager to start on the sprintec again, as it was clearly very beneficial. Do I have to wait for my period to start before I restart taking the sprintec?
